Terms and Conditions
At Lace & Grace, we make every effort to best accommodate the needs of the client. In doing so, one has to be mindful of the nature of the product offering as it is tailored to each individual’s unique needs where personal preference and sizing play a vital role in the process.
Therefore, the following Terms and Conditions apply:
- Upon receiving a quotation from Lace & Grace, it is deemed that you agree to and accept full responsibility for reading and understanding the following terms and conditions.
- A quotation, if accepted by the client, brings into existence a contract. Once the payment of the said deposit is effected, the client is deemed to have expressly accepted the quotation and agrees to the terms and conditions applicable therein, therefore becoming contractually bound to Lace & Grace for relevant due performance.
- The deposit price due is 60% of the full purchase price which is due on quotation acceptance.
- Deposits are refundable within the first 24 hours after the said payment has been effected. After which time, said deposits are non-refundable. Products remain the property of Lace & Grace until the full purchase price is settled in full by the client.
- The balance of the total purchase price is payable within 7 normal calendar days of being notified by Lace & Grace via email that the product has arrived.
- The client accepts their obligation, whereby a change in circumstances, decision and/or any other reason whatsoever will not excuse liability for payment of the total purchase price due.
- No purchase is granted exclusivity under any conditions.
- Once 24 hours after purchase has lapsed, a cancellation fee of 60% will apply on any purchases made irrespective of relevant reasons and/or circumstances.
- Products will not be released until full payment reflects in Lace & Grace’s bank account. Therefore, the client needs to ensure that a pay and clear option is selected if same day payment needs to be effected from a different bank.
- The client accepts that all products are specifically ordered and imported depending on individual client needs. Due to this fact, the client remains legally bound to Lace & Grace for the full purchase price after having accepted the quotation. Accordingly, the client agrees that due to the varying and unique nature of the product offering, the client will not hold Lace & Grace liable for any complication or consequence arising from said purchase and/or service received thereof.
- The client accepts that Lace & Grace will not be held liable for dissatisfaction regarding any aesthetic or quality preferences pertaining to the purchased product. A quality check will be done by Lace & Grace before the client receives the product.
- Lace & Grace will not be held liable for any delays in shipping or other factors leading to the late arrival of the purchased product if the said delay is out of the control of Lace & Grace.
- Any variation or amendment of the quotation will be done by issuing the client with a new quotation. Acceptance of the new quotation will bring into existence a binding contract between Lace & Grace and the client, rendering the old quotation null and void.
